Launch screensaver
- Shift + Control + Eject
- If you have a password set on your screensaver this locks the computer.
MacPorts
- Install from:
http://www.macports.org/install.php
- After install, make sure it is updated:

- NOTE: There was an error during installation of git (2011-04-02) due to conflicting perl versions, the solution was to install perl5.8:

- Shift + Command + 4 then Spacebar will switch to 'window' mode.
Smaller volume increments
- Shift + Option + Volume
Create an alias
- Command + Option while you drag the icon to another folder or the desktop.
Bring up list of apps to force quit
- Command + Option + Escape
- This will show the Force Quit Applications window.
Choose bootup volume
- Option at start up will display all bootable volumes.
